Led by our skilled Yin lifestyle facilitator, Krystie, each session offers relief from modern life's pressures and supports a balanced nervous system. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, encouraging the body to relax fully into each posture and gently stretch the deep layers often overlooked in more dynamic yoga styles. This mindful practice not only improves flexibility and alleviates chronic tension but also nurtures the interconnectedness of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, sandbags, and eye pillows, our classes provide a comfortable, nurturing environment that supports long-held, passive poses.
