Experience a variety of calming practices curated to increase vitality and reduce stress. Each month, one of our incredible facilitators will bring their expertise to the mat, offering a unique practice encompassing yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, and more. Guided by the rhythm of your breath and the expertise of our instructors, each session provides a special opportunity to explore various meditative, somatic release modalities. Crafted to complement our monthly women's networking retreat, held at 9:30 AM on the same day, this early-morning mindful movement practice sets the perfect tone for a day of connection, growth, and holistic well-being. Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Group Classes: Mūla Rising does not offer refunds for group classes. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you cannot attend your scheduled class booking, you will have credit for the class fee, which can be used for another class of the same type within 90 days of the original booking.
