Through consistent practice, you’ll improve balance, flexibility, and strength, while nurturing a calm and focused state of being. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have practiced before, our class welcomes all levels. What to bring: Please wear flat-soled shoes (such as Keds or Converse, but avoid high tops) or be prepared to practice barefoot.

Refund Policy for Group Classes: Mūla Rising does not offer refunds for group classes. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you cannot attend your scheduled class booking, you will have credit for the class fee, which can be used for another class of the same type within 90 days of the original booking.
