This weekend will allow is to slow down and soothe our central nervous systems, moving stagnant energy out of our bodies while enhancing our connection to self and our environment.

We will select the members of this container, intentionally, since it is an all genders retreat.

Single occupancy is $888 per person
Double Occupancy is $1,333 for a private room with an option to bring a guest for this same price.

We will be staying in the southwestern portion of Oklahoma in the 'one of a kind', cobblestone town of Medicine Park, which sits at the entrance to the Wichita Mountains.

​

Our home for the weekend sits on a private 3 acre Lake and with hiking trails right outside our door!

​

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home will be a sanctuary for us to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with our inner being. There are two king sized bedrooms, one queen and one room with four twins. 

 

There is a Screened in back porch with an outdoor fireplace and great outdoor seating area where we will practice yoga and ecstatic movement, (weather permitting) and you'll be able to watch the sunrises and sunsets in a magical setting!

 

All activities are included but you are free to pick and choose what makes your heart and soul sing.

Speaking of singing, if you have a guitar and would love to share your gifts with us, we welcome these contributions.
