Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the United States. Last year, the Wichita community lost 92 individuals to suicide. 

This year, our goal is to teach 1,111 people to meditate and bring awareness to how meditation affects our

mental well-being.

We are setting out on a mission to impact the mental wellness of our community in a positive way.  

 

Join us for events throughout Wichita and in the studio to experience the benefits of meditating & bridge the gap between awareness and action.
