Cancellation Policy

At Mūla Rising, we aim to accommodate flexibility while also respecting our instructors' time. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: To reserve your session, a non-refundable reservation fee of $55 will be invoiced. This fee secures your time slot. The remaining balance of the total service cost must be paid no later than 72 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost, with the remaining balance refunded. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or illness. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
