About the event
In this quiet introspective class you are invited to explore the intimate relationship and connection between physical, mental and emotional aspects of your being. Yin yoga is excellent for creating and keeping pliable connective tissues and fascia to amplify overall health. When practiced mindfully and regularly, yin supports a more balanced nervous system, and helps relieve stress from modern day lives. Provided props like blankets and bolsters, encourage you to find support within the passive long held poses; the breath and physical sensations are opportunities to expand awareness of mental and emotional states.
