About the event
Tantra Abyasa: In Sanskrit, tantra means “to weave” and abyasa means “to practice”.
In this class we put into practice the art of weaving unconditional, agape love. Inside of this sacred container we will
ebb and flow through movement of breathe, stir our kundalini energy through fire breath and transition
into stillness as we connect into this powerful energy and receive it’s wisdom. We end the practice
weaving love for others while simultaneously receiving. For anyone interested in the tantric discipline, a
deeper connection to Source, or desiring more love for self and connection to others, this class is for
you.
Tantra Abyasa, also known as Tantric practice, is a spiritual and meditative discipline that originates from ancient Indian traditions. It is a transformative practice that seeks to unite the individual with the divine, recognizing the inherent divine essence within each being.
Through Tantra Abyasa, practitioners engage in a combination of meditation, mantra chanting, breathwork, and visualization techniques to expand consciousness, awaken inner energies, and achieve self-realization.
