Join us for a special kind of meditation that utilizes your body’s wisdom to increase focus, clarity, and your ability to manifest the things you want in your life.

Somatic meditation is a practice that enhances self-awareness, acceptance, and the ability to take action towards your dreams. 

By focusing on bodily sensations and experiences, you can break free from recurring thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and inaction. Engaging in somatic meditation allows you to recognize and work with your emotions, leading to a greater sense of peace, well-being, and clarity. It strengthens your connection with your inner guidance system and encourages exploration of unexplored aspects of yourself.  

During somatic meditation, techniques like body scans, mindful movement, and focusing on bodily sensations are utilized to heighten awareness and foster a state of present-mindedness. 

These practices offer practical tools for stress management, emotion regulation, and overall improvement in your daily well-being.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll lock the door right at meditation start time. You’ll sit on the floor using provided meditation cushions and props. Movement will be minimal but wear whatever is comfortable to sit in for an hour.
