About the event

We invite you to a special dance class this Wednesday, led by our courageous teacher, Mindy, who is currently healing from a profound trauma. After the recent tragic loss of her partner, she is opening a space for emotional expression and collective healing through dance.

As Mindy shares:

“My heart is heavy with grief, my body still trembling from trauma, and my anxiety is high.

I’m ready to try and start moving through this wound though.

The next few dances will be deeply emotional for me.

I will lead us as we create a space to process together, and there will be helpers to hold the energy of the room while I tap into my healing journey.

I held a dance in this way after my mother’s passing a couple of years ago, and it became one of the most energetically powerful experiences I’ve ever had.

Each dancer processed their own losses, bringing their unique experiences to the floor. It was truly medicine for all of us.”

This session will be a deeply emotional experience, focused on creating a supportive environment where each participant can process their own feelings and experiences.

Whether your dance is a celebration of joy,

a display of strength,

an expression of love,

or a space for sorrow,

you are welcome here.

This class is donation-based and open to all forms of dance and emotional expression.

Your presence and participation will contribute to a healing and supportive environment.

Please register to join this meaningful experience. 🌊💗🌊
