Your Instructor


Robert embarked on his mind-body movement journey in 1991 under Grace Wu's guidance. Specializing in Bagua, Tai Chi, and Shaolin Kung Fu, he later delved into yoga and meditation. In 2009, he became a certified yoga teacher. Robert's dedication to sharing his knowledge led him to help diverse individuals, including those with varying abilities and neurodivergent backgrounds. His expertise lies in blending meditation and movement to enhance balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
